- Recognition is of paramount importance within Contechs - Promotion is massive here as everyone gets a development plan to get to the next steps - Extremely friendly staff and environment with an amazing IT team always on hand - New offices and a very clean working environment Overall Contechs is an wonderful place to work, and I would recommend anyone that is thinking about joining to do so!

Company benefits could be a little better with more incentives like a cycle to work scheme, bonus package etc.
