Pros
Contechs is a good company to work for, I have been here for many years now and watched it grow and grow. We have always had a good team environment and the management team have always been supportive when needed. We enjoy Summer and Christmas events each year, which helps with the team environment in the office.
Cons
Should allow more flexibility with working from home for ALL Contechs staff We should have a yearly pay review to keep with the rise of cost of living, this has been mentioned every year by a lot of staff yet gets ignore every time. Salary/pay could be more streamlined
