Not many cons, but with a smaller company everyone knows everyone and there can be some gossip.

Founded by Debbie Berdy in 1979 —a woman whose vision and leadership continue to shape the organization—CMC reflects her commitment to caring for both residents and employees. As an HR Recruiter, I had a fantastic experience working here. The company prioritizes growth, inclusivity, and support at every level. Internally, employees are valued and empowered, while externally, residents and clients benefit from a management style that is both innovative and compassionate.

Cons

During peak seasons, the workload can be heavy, but the strong support system and collaborative culture make it manageable.
