Contender has grown and transformed much of its business within the past 2 years without losing its identity. Everyone is extremely busy but you'll be presently surprised by how quickly you synch up with your group and leaders will make time for you if you need help or direction. You will thrive if you have a sense of entrepreneurship and approach each day with a "What's Next? mentality that fuels innovation, growth and efficiency. We hold each other accountable here and are all performance driven and play a vital part in both our client growth and prosperity at Contender regardless of role. Cons
Employer contribution and cost of benefits may be an adjustment for those coming from larger companies. Personally, I feel like it is offset by Unlimited PTO and being empowered. Need to tighten up and simplify key transition points like employee onboarding and sales to delivery handoffs. Need to Communicate more consistently and transparently on strategic initiatives and pivots throughout the year.
