Pros
Nice office with great location, pretty good snacks and drinks delivered weekly. Pretty awesome schedule with some flexibility. Decent salaries. You get a check biweekly.
Cons
No growth opportunity Product is far inferior from competitors and can be pretty embarrassing The tech team is behind. Completely reactive. Sales team is a complete joke; all inexperienced raking in dough with nothing to show for it Micromanaging CEO is like a zombie Layoffs due to poor strategy from above and no plan of action to move the business forward Management is all in cahoots Zero culture Would rather hire from outside (has failed many times) than put effort into current employees Does not ask for nor accept feedback
