• Leadership has no idea how to foster a strong culture or connect with employees • Ignores feedback from employees and then wonders why people are unhappy • Extremely slow to fire and way too fast to hire • Rarely promotes internally, there is very minimal career growth • Majority of staff are burned out and it shows through passive aggressive behavior • No focus on hiring for culture/values, only cares about job experience • This lack of focus birthed an extremely toxic workplace with constant turnover
