Pros

I was fortunate enough to work with some of the very best media sales and digital marketing folk in the business. All but one has left the business. I do hope he reads this and leaves soon for a proper job.

Cons

Sooooo many. I will jot down a few because I’m sure you’ll not want to read my version of War and Peace. FACTS (feel free to call me out) - below market rate salary. - SLT (senior leadership team) no respect for the CEO - No compassion towards team members struggling with the loss of a loved one or suffering from depression - unrealistic sales targets - sales targets given to sales team in the middle of the quarter ! - top billers leaving the business - very high staff turnover across all functions - years behind in terms of industry tech and knowledge - portfolio is no longer is marketing leading - core brands no longer a must have in prospects marketing budgets I know this sounds like I am bitter. Not the case - I just feel if you’re reading this you need to know the truth. It’s so easy to spot to fake posts.

Pros

Hard to think of any - the only positive thing about working here were the people but now most of those are gone.

Cons

This company took over some key brands in the marketplace and knew nothing about how to run them. They then spent loads of money poaching senior people from competitors with no plan or strategy, until they had to lay off most of the existing staff who kept the brand afloat. Loads of empty promises with no delivery. At the start it was exciting as it seemed like they had big plans for the direction of the company, but naivety and bad planning contributed to them killing off major brands.
