The company has really gone nuts, they went into a path of hyper growth, recruited thousands of people, and with the current economical context their sales went downhill. So what solution did they chose? fire as much as they can.
In israel, 40% of the R&D department got fired, very good and skillfull people, they just paid the price of the bad management and business decisions.
They are not hiring anyway, and I don't think they will be hiring anytime soon, but this is a very unpredictible company, don't plan your future with it, maybe they don't even have a future for themselves.
