- if you don't like remote with in person team bonding, then not for you.
Toxic work environment stems from CEO. A small team however I am not the only one calling it toxic. When I started - first day all non management were first week or second week which in itself is a red flag. On a team meeting I saw CEO use horrible language to an employee.
