New heavy hitters in Sr. Mgmt.

EX CFO really messed up employee RSU execution. This, apparently, forced additional selling to cover additional tax liabilities.

Good opportunity if the turnaround actually works. Some team members are stellar.

Not all teams are equally motivated and the system is as weak as its weakest link which makes the turnaround harder that it needs to be. Lot of bad leadership (although many have been booted out) and no clear strategy.
