Pros

Jaimie is amazing and super supportive- there’s a few others that are great too.

Cons

BCBAs work direct. They’ll say your case will be staffed with an RBT or BT but it never happens. They’ll ask you to do unethical and questionable billing things and when you stand up, they’ll become ruthless and push you out. Upper management only cares out upper management (except Jaimie). Culture of the company had changed so much. If you decide to leave, they wait until last minute and then discharge your clients. Very stingy with admin hours and require free work while making you justify the hours you’re requesting that $18/hr for. Pay is not adequate at all.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The field of ABA continues to evolve, and we are committed to growing in ways that strengthen both our clinical quality and the support we provide to our team. As a family-owned organization, we have always believed that investing in people is the foundation for long-term success. Our RBT and BCBA training and mentorship programs are something we are especially proud of. They were thoughtfully created based on feedback from our staff and continue to evolve based on what our team tells us they need to be successful. We see mentorship as more than onboarding. It’s ongoing guidance, collaboration, and leadership development designed to support clinicians at every stage of their career. When our team members feel supported and confident, they stay, they grow, and they deliver consistent, high-quality care. That investment in our staff directly impacts the children and families we serve and helps drive meaningful, lasting outcomes. We truly appreciate you recognizing these efforts and being part of the Continuum community. — The Continuum Team

Pros

Low amount of staff at the Colorado location

Cons

Poor management. Hands-off leadership who are more focused on pushing billable hour requirements than promoting ethical practices. Direct support staff are severely underpaid and upper-management staff are overpaid for doing work that never directly impacts staff. This may be a Colorado-specific issue, but overall very emotionally draining experience to work for this company.
