Pros

It's a stepping stone opportunity. You learn how to answer phones, customer service skills and etiquette

Cons

No money. No benefits. No growth. It's not a Company that you could or even want to spend years. It's not set up that way. The business model appears to be hire as many people as possible. Get as much as you can until you fire them or they quit.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Cons

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
