Pros

Remote. That's it. Only good thing is that it's remote.

Cons

The pay is horrible, your trainers don't know what they're doing, training is a mess, IT is a mess, you have 6 different passwords for each different application. Micro-managing. Long hours. No bath-room breaks. I had my headphones broken for a good 2 weeks before my manager even noticed. Sent a message to him about it and got no response to fix my headphones. They essentially want to keep you glued to your seat while you're at home for 8-10 hours so that's why they say no WIRELESS headphones. If you get up to pee you have to log it in as a "break" and it takes away from your break time they give you. When I asked my trainers if we get raises based on our performance they LAUGHED AT ME. That means NO. DO NOT WORK HERE. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE. Worst company I have ever worked for. You don't get benefits until 6 months of employment as well as NO PTO.
