Working from home, easy to navigate systems

Cons

Micromanaging, lunches, and breaks can be suspended due to the high volume of calls, which can be every day, not an open schedule, no work/life balance.

Pros

Great pay if you are good with getting bonuses.

Cons

Have very high expectations and expect you to do more than job description. If you are in tech you are still expected to make sales. Hard to get a supervisor when requested by a customer.

Micromanaging, they pick and choose for management, they don’t care about the agents as long as their job isn’t effected, no work life balance
