Layoff Aftermath: The layoffs were tough on morale, and the company is still recovering. Some employees are struggling with the rapid changes. Execution Needs to Catch Up to Vision: While the vision is exciting, there’s still work to be done in executing it effectively and ensuring everyone is aligned. This was never a fulfilling job to begin with, but the company has gotten progressively worse in all aspects. We have gone from being unhappy to absolutely miserable. Day in day out relentless pressure is put on you to deliver whatever someone up high wants. Some half baked idea, which you need to implement in a completely unrealistic amount of time. Forget any semblance of work life balance. They extract more and more juice out of you, without anything in return from them. Micromanagement of the kind you wouldn't believe. So what did you do in that two hour window on Tuesday? Interference in every little thing, by people who have no clue in the first place. All of this and MUCH more along with the icing on the top - the sword of layoff always hanging over you. We have lost count of the number of layoffs this place has had. And more and more gets piled on you with an ever shrinking workforce. You eventually become numb. No longer care whether the axe falls on you as well. At least it would be over then. You'd no longer be under this toxic tyranny.
