      Pros

      Very little to be honest but as others have said some of the benefits were good notably the pension. However, basic salary below market average.

      Cons

      Company run by HR department who control all aspects of management but offer very little support in return. No development and a culture of fear.

      Pros

      Direct manager and team was fantastic.

      Cons

      No career advancement. Built a team around a product they couldnt figure out how to deliver, outsourced 90% of the work to contractors in India, and disbanded when the VP couldn't launch anything.
