Pros

ConveGenius is a great place to work, especially for someone early in their career. The culture is positive, respectful, and mission-driven, and people genuinely care about the impact of their work. I got the opportunity to work across different teams and explore different kinds of projects, which helped me understand my interests and strengths better. The company is also quite flexible and supportive, especially in terms of remote work, leaves, and personal circumstances. I was fortunate to work with some very encouraging mentors who gave me meaningful work, trusted me with ownership, and helped me learn through feedback.

Cons

Since the organisation is growing and teams are evolving, there can sometimes be some ambiguity around roles, responsibilities, and deliverables, especially for people working across functions. At times, clearer expectations and more structured check-ins would have helped me understand my growth path better. However, this also seems to be something the company is actively improving with newer team structures.
