Decent pay and benefits, but poor training and disorganization on many levels - Customer Support Convera Employee Review

Team is great, flexible hours and good pay/benefits.

Not applicable -- no complaints for my specific position within the company.

-hybrid, 2 days in 3 days remote -unlimited PTO -some of the people are great

-poor planning & training -mediocrity is rewarded; high achievers are taken advantage of -if you finish your work you just earned more work without compensation -unfriendly people with some nice ones scattered around -a lot of late hours and some weekends -bonuses are nothing to get excited about unless you are upper management -technology and computers are cheap and slow but you are still expected to finish your work -burnout is common
