Pros
A lot of genuinely hardworking people who keep things going despite constant change and obstacles
Remote and hybrid flexibility is a real positive, especially compared to companies pushing full return to office
Benefits are solid, but there is definitely room to improve
Cons
Problems get patched instead of fixed. The same issues show up over and over across processes, systems (CRM and ERP), and roles because root causes are ignored
Sales has too much control over how things operate. Strong, scalable solutions get blocked if they do not align with how sales wants to structure a deal even when it is not in the company’s best interest. This a a sign of a desperate Sales team.
There is an overemphasis on closing deals at any cost, without enough accountability for the full revenue lifecycle. Revenue quality matters, not just getting something in the door
Leadership concerns are not new, are constantly talked about on Glassdoor and internally and they are ignored. There is a real need for stronger accountability, clearer direction, and leaders who are willing to make tough decisions. The tough decisions include looking closely at members of C-Suite and their failed impact.
