Pros
A lot of great and good hearted people work here. The company is designed where you get thrown into the line of fire pretty quickly, luckily the company has a great mentoring system, where they won't send you anywhere without teaching you. If you don't care about money, this is a great learning experience, a stepping stone for sure. If they actually had work(Money), this would be a legit company. Unfortunately, if you get employed here, you'll soon find out that you'll almost always be scraping to rack up 40 hours a week, that you have to milk the budget of every single project you get handed to make yourself even 90% billable, yet they have the audacity to expect you to be 95% billable with no work available...It's almost laughable
Cons
Company makes bank off underpaying everyone and charging the client about 4x what they actually pay you. Even then, Company has very little work and doesn't seem to understand the concept of "Salary." They told me I have to take leave without pay when no work was available, even though I was salary. They will most likely hire you under false pretenses, "We have a lot of prevailing wage jobs and you'll be spending most of your time in the field"....that's not true. If you hear something like that, know it's not true. And to be fair to them, they may not be intentionally trying to deceive you, they may actually be bidding on multiple projects.
