Pros
Benefits - 40% discount at Nike & Converse plus others. Decent pay for a retail job. Starts at $10. Piercings, tattoos & crazy hair colors allowed. Cool store vibe.
Cons
No room for growth unless you're at an outlet. Corporate is obnoxious and ironically don't have people skills. Awful HR system. Conflicts are not directly addressed, but alluded to via theoretical situations.
