You get huge discounts on Nike and converse things plus the employee discount stacks with most other discounts.
Cons
Managers don't really care about employees, you have to look busy 24/7, often times your by yourself which makes it hard to help customers in-store, customers are often entitled and expect a discount and get mad if you don't give them one.
