- Management is not invested or interested in employee's progression. They would rather hire someone of a higher position - Extremely long working hours. Repeated revision of work for the sake of it. - Not innovative and very conservative in work processes and ideation - Personal attacks during annual reviews/probation reviews - Management is not honest when it comes to reviews. Would extend probation based on their own monetary interests. - Welfare is subpar. Office would run out of water because HR orders less over the holiday period. - Hypocritical leadership. - Management does not protect employees. Throws them under the bus instead. - Client first not team first. - Low pay - Management is very proud.
