Pros

Nice office, great colleagues, and a lot of interesting large scale technical challenges.

Cons

Worst leadership team I've seen in the tech industry. The CEO is incompetent, hypocritical, narcissistic, and has no clue what a real leader is supposed to do. The rest of the C-level team are his puppets and just echo what the CEO said. In all hands, the CEO told everyone to return to office or contact HR for severance, while he himself hardly shows up. He also keeps telling everyone that there's never been a better time to be part of the company, but the reality is the opposite. Many talented people left the company or got fired, and it is still bleeding talent. Everyday is chaos. The core product is unstable. It's embarrassing that the company only found out about their mess when customers escalated. Had so many p0 instances that the customers requested the company to impose an immediate moratorium to block any production change. Last year the company changed the bonus structure to part individual performance and part company performance. At the end of the financial year the company missed the revenue target and the CRO (who had been in the company for less than a year) just quit, so everyone's bonus got ruined. This year the company, again, changed the compensation structure and got rid of bonus entirely. This is extremely discouraging and completely destroys any motivation to work hard.

Pros

The pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Awful training. I was thrown in to do my job. A sink or swim kinda job. Yesterday was it for me I had my 30 day evaluation withe the supervisor that didn’t train me. She was snapping her fingers at me telling me to hurry up what’s next. The expect you to answer calls for 18 center and do 40 referrals a day. With no proper training. From May 4 to to May 30 I was watching videos. I had hands on training 4 days June 1 was thrown in to answer calls and do referrals. It’s more like processing them. There were things I wasn’t shown . So I would have to ask someone mind up they had a quota of 40 as well. So it was kinda hard to ask but 2 employees helped me as much as they could. The supervisor said yesterday that I should have been faster at 30 days. No ma’am no 30 days it was 17 days. I was so upset yesterday in her evaluation I froze. I’ve never had a supervisor snap there fingers at me and come come on your taking to long. Move move. Mind you this position is also getting authorization from the insurance company for the referral. So answering non stop calls an doing authorizations and having to do 49 referrals answer teams messages for stat referrals was to much. I quit today. Do not work for referrals unless your a robot or have 100 hands . And I had left a job I was at for 3 years to go there. Grass isn’t always greener.
