Pros

salary is good for freshers by industry standards you will get a good training at the start If you are lucky, you can get good exposure in terms of learning digital marketing as a whole and facing clients

Cons

Workload- Most employees have lot of projects and the high attrition rate adds to the workload. Lateral hiring is very less bad work culture - the mentor system is ambiguous, with most mentors taking advantage of it by never helping in the basic workload and only supervising work timings- managers come around at any time of the day and expect juniors to wait for them. no fixed working hours, managers have no calms about asking you to work late/ at home/ weekends ( P.S : you are not paid for overtime) unprofessional attitude of managers - managers are freshers themselves, most of them promoted to PM level on account of them sticking in the company . Few of them tend to use abusive language, hold petty grudges, shout at their will and don't care about company policies. Lack of scope for career growth beyond one point and work is mostly repetitive Location - although they have new offices at sensible locations coming up, the main office is in a different continent called mahape

Pros

Since the average employee age is about 25, you get to wear business casuals almost everyday. The Mumbai office is beautiful. Work is challenging and gives you immense work satisfaction.

Cons

There are no fixed working hours. Sometimes you end up working till 9 pm. You initially don't mind that but later it comes in the way of you being able to spend some time at home.
