- The workspace is manipulative, unappreciative and disorganised. - The management doesn't believe in appraisals, bonuses or retention at all. - The management has favourites and won't be looking beyond them even if you are willing to work to the best of your abilities. - You will have to work at odd timings and would be asked to deliver work with unreasonable deadlines. - If you are unwilling to bow down to their manipulations, the management will make sure demotivate you at every point, making you doubt your own abilities, making it evident that you are not included. - There is no room for professional growth here when half the employees are busy in boot-licking and half of them gossip behind their backs. - The toxic environment will get to you eventually, personally and professionally.
