Pros

free lunch under the guise of keeping you in the office

Cons

I was hired to work from 8am-5pm, my first week there the CEO called me himself to tell me "ive never seen someone succeed at your job only working the designated hours", i was on my way to pick up my child from day care, it was 5:30ish PM. Then, covid hits, we all have to work from home, the CEO demands everyone keeps their web cam on ALL DAY. The entire company and staff pushed back, and he still begged us , "guys just try it, please". Total egotistical jerk who is beyond out of touch with the working class. Lastly, this company is so devious, they demand that you cant post reviews of them, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. Please avoid them at all costs

Pros

Came here hoping to broaden my experience in software development and wasn't disappointed. Different technical challenges improving my problem-solving skills. Working on products used by businesses every day. Keep strengthening my development skills and technical knowledge.

Cons

Occasional miscommunication among the different teams.

Pros

When you feel afraid to even raise concerns about your work, there is very little room left for any positive experience at work.

Cons

- Managers in the US displayed a consistently toxic and controlling attitude. - Work was tightly controlled with demands that everything be done only one specific way. - Micromanagement was constant, leaving little to no room for trust or independent decision making. - The work environment felt oppressive and extremely difficult to deal with on a daily basis. - Any disagreement or differing opinion was treated as a personal challenge, creating tension and hostility. - Employees felt unable to speak up without facing backlash or conflict.
