Working at Convr allows you to quickly dive into new techs and stacks, so the experience never grows stagnant. You get to have an impact very quickly, which is motivating (at least for me). I have always felt like my contributions are both acknowledged and appreciated. Friendly coworkers, a wide array of benefits such as unlimited PTO, and amazing work-life balance all seal the deal.

The office being in Schaumburg makes it difficult to commute if you live in the city, but this is hardly a problem thanks to the remote work culture.
