Pros
Benefits and 401k Fast paced work. Pay is gradually increasing to the area average compensation for similar workplaces, albeit slow.
Cons
As a company, they are trying to be inclusive. But I know several people who have left because of other employee's lack of respect for race, sexuality and gender identity. Supervision and on up seem to be uncomfortable or uneducated on how to handle certain issues.
