Pros
good insurance, clean place to work, offers disability insurance, they do not discriminate when hiring, everyone has to follow rules.
Cons
Pay should be more for what is expected, if you want people to put their all into a job the employees need to be somewhat happy and paid a little more. You want perfection which is what a medical supply should be but your pay is no more than what someone making hamburgers get.
