Pros
This is a great place to begin your career if you are a salaried employee. The benefits are excellent and the culture is built on helping people (thanks to the founder Bill Cook).
Cons
Real promotions are hard to come by. One rare occasions your title may change but your salary will not. There is no real hierarchy built into the structure. Cook calls this "flat structure"- meaning that there is no where for you to go. If promotions are bestowed upon you it will be due to relationships and not necessarily merit.
