Little to no opportunities for career development for Canadians, promotions are no merit or competency based but rather it's about who you know, management leads by fear and threats to try to motivate team, sales objectives are equally divided amongst sales reps and dictated from the top down with complete disregard of forecasting and actual territory opportunities/potential, poor management - lack of vision and zero sales strategy and no interest in cultivating a positive company culture, no teamwork and no team building, not even any regional meetings, salary inequities, internal processes are heavy and complex, lack of resources and not replacing employees who leave putting strain on those who are left, no accountability, whether you go the extra mile or do the minimum everyone gets the same raise
