Pros
Clean, Friendly Coworkers, It's mostly independent and you work alone for the most part.
Cons
The biggest con is the pay wage. Especially for the area where this company is. They hire workers for the same pay as McDonald's and Walmart. The job demands far more skill and patience than either WalMart or McDonald's. Not to mention they are a mass medical mevice manufacturing company, and could fully afford to pay their employees a liveable wage. There are also no ways whatsoever to be promoted or even get trained on anything different than what you started working with on day 1.
