It’s a boys club in senior management. They lack diversity and inclusion within their team. Majority are middle aged white males hiring their friends to keep the circle tight, working closely with a male dominated family owned business.
There has also been sexual jokes and banta made from Management in a public forum when the Director is not around. This is not acceptable behaviour.
