This business sells registrations to fun, active, events. This means that we're in the business of selling people a good time. That makes me happy and is definitely motivating. There are perks for this type of line of work too: the work is always interesting because the days aren't always the same. Very successful company going through a great growth spurt.

Growth isn't always easy. The phrase "growing pains" exists for a reason. Thankfully the problems are all good ones.
