Management actually cares - Conflicts Analyst Cooley Employee Review

I’ve worked here for over a year in the Business Intake and Conflicts department, and I love my coworkers and my boss. Yet, the particular work that I do (full clearance conflicts) was beginning to stress me out. I thought I would get over it because I was new, but over a year later, nothing had changed. I told my supervisor and boss that I began interviewing at a different firm, and they immediately leapt into action by asking other managers/directors if they had open roles on their teams. I’ve never worked somewhere where management really tries to help you and keep you, nor have I worked anywhere that fostered an open and welcoming environment that encourages honesty with leadership.
