Pros
Mainly the hours. Usual office working hours. Some colleagues are nice to work with.
Cons
Unfriendly and unprofessional management. They have no idea how to run a business or deal with staff. I have worked in many places and this is by far the worse. I have seen no culture or values apart from on notice boards.
