Norman, the former CEO, drove a culture of hard work, due diligence, and accountability, which are values that the current management consistently fail to adhere to.
Cons
Top management and HR adamantly refuse to discipline or fire underperforming managers and employees, stagnating the growth of those who actually desire to learn and grow within the company. In addition to rampant favoritism and gossip, they have little experience in quality and manufacturing while ignoring experts who do.
