Copart is a company which has great potential to be successful . Not many people know about this company which has been in IT for about 20 years. There are 2 reasons for that 1.its not a core IT conpany 2.they feel as if they are following the footsteps of a typical MNC but they are not! For ex: you will be given options to work from home and connect to meetings over zoom, all that sounds nice and dandy, but problems arise because of the mindset of people working there. Work from home You aren't supposed to take as many Work from home as you please! I don't know if there should be something like "too many wfhs "!! As long as you finish the task at hand , it shouldn't matter if you do it from home or from your desk. Meeting schedules Meeting schedues are really tight. You are expected to attend stand-up meetings in person . Micromanagement This is also an issue
