Pros
There are too many pros to list here, i will add the ones i feel most important: One of the best R&D firms i worked with Most people in the management are techies, the CEO is an engineer and the head of sales is also an engineer ( damn good ones too) The culture is friendly, no finger pointing work hours are very reasonable
Cons
Office location (which is set to change in December, I will update accordingly) small team, might affect growth oppotunities. Not really a con, but if you're compating Verdant to other potential firms, you'd find that it's not "sexy", they don't advertise themselves as we have the best XYZ or a super complicated interview process although in comparison it's at least twice as much innovative as other firms who make such claims.
