good discount, could be flexible on hours, some staff were okay

management are out to get each member of team they don't like fired, no matter how long you've been there.

Very good tronc (service charge) boosted my pay from £10ph to £12.5-13ph.

Sometimes during the summer on a friday or weekend, there woudl only be 2-3 bartenders on and it would get extremely busy and there would be lots of angry customers complaining at me for waiting 20 mins for a cup of tea etc. Massive queues at the bar and loads of tickets because there’s not enough staff on.
