Pros

Coppei Partners is one of the best consulting companies in the Seattle area. The leadership team is very approachable and listens to their consultants. My former co-workers at Coppei are top notch and very dedicated to their accounts. The overall Coppei culture is amazing and provides its consultants with many opportunities to get together to share ideas and get to know each other. The office space in Mercer Island is perfectly located and has a cool startup vibe with free snacks and drinks. The pay structure, vacation and benefits are very good.

Cons

The project pipeline could be a little deeper. The leadership team recognizes this and made it a focus to grow the number of accounts and backed it up with some great financial incentives for anyone helping to bring in new accounts or job roles.

Pros

The company is very fluid in terms of everyone is treated equally, The people here value personal time and everyone is supportive. The benefits are not the best but they have been improving over the past few years. Lots of room for growth and they are heading in the right direction

Cons

As with any other consulting company, work availability depends on clients. If you roll off a gig they try to place you with another, but its all up to their clients. So the stability for consultants is not the best

Pros

- Top Customers: You can be assigned to the biggest companies operating in Seattle; - Work Life Balance: You manage your own time and that behavior is encouraged. - Career: Coppei has an impressive customer portfolio with very big names in Seattle. That gives great opportunities to consultants. - Company Culture: People are genuinely interested em helping each other. It is probably a cliche to say but the sense of family really exists. There are a few cool team events which is something to look for even in COVID "online" times.

Cons

- Size: It's a small consulting Company so there are not a lot of projects to work on but I haven't experienced any issue because I have been allocated for more than 6 months. - Compensation: Salary is a bit under the market rates, at least in my case, but I am not completely unhappy.
