      It’s a good organisation if you want to work at your own pace .

      Cons

      Poor accountability, career growth , no recognition for your experience, difficult to get a job outside … no P&L responsibility. Best work for 2-3 years and move on. Not for young people .

      Pros

      Working from home is nice. If you are a good performer, you will get a good bonus.

      Cons

      Raise is generally lower than cost of living, even in a good year. Very little positive feedback when you preform well.
