Pros
The Promise statement is the driving force. We are all working to provide the best services available to the people of our region. I work with great people who are genuine, they care deeply, have a good sense of humor and we are all working toward the same goal. We do make mistakes, but we are learning and continue to try harder.
Cons
Sometimes the effort to carry out this incredible Promise can be overwhelming and stressful. We all need to figure out how to deal with our stress in a healthy way. This problem is the same all over the US, not just specific to CRNA.
