      -Great discounts for employees on devices and services -Good health insurance/vision/dental -Good PTO accrual -Good pay -Pension in union positions with optional 401k in all positions

      Cons

      -No flexibility in working from home for lower-level employees (read: only ok for management) -Not allowed to use earned PTO for illnesses or appointments without retaliation from management and coworkers

      Forward thinking, innovative. Small company, so you know everyone, but big enough to be effective.

      Cons

      Can be very busy at times.

      Feel like family Local long term company Benefits

      Cons

      Not flexible with alternate work schedules. Not flexible with working remote. Short staffed due to lack of experienced people in the area for some of the more technical positions. Not enough housing, for people who are experienced to move here .
