Family business, competitive packages, great company culture!

Most folk are remote so you don't get to physically see your team members all that often.

Got me into a job pretty quickly. Good place to continue looking for another job while still making a little money.

Communication with the office here is comparable to pulling teeth out without painkillers, and unless you go in person expect to be ignored. Oh and pay issues already in the 2nd week doesn't inspire confidence in an employer in my opinion. The pay itself is a little on the low side 8/hr for 12 hour rotating shifts!
