• Awesome people & workplace culture—my colleagues are such a big part of why I’m happy walking into work each day. Our company prides itself on being a people-first organization, and that is evident in the dedicated, professional, and friendly team I get to work with. I feel like everyone wants to genuinely do better today than they did yesterday, and that is a really neat vibe and culture to be surrounded by! • Leadership—I feel like everyone is focused on growth and advancement, individually and as a company. I know if I have a new idea or questions about current processes, they would be received very well and appreciated. Having previously worked for a large corporate company, that was not the case, and working at CorSource I know that I’m part of a team where I really matter—not just matter in a professional sense, but as an individual and unique contributor to the team. • Excellent work/life balance- in an industry that never stops, it’s easy to push employees to their breaking point. I feel very supported, and have a clear idea and understanding of what my deliverables are, and management encourages a healthy work/life balance and doesn’t guilt you for taking time off or leaving at 5.

• Not the best benefit package offered • The downtown location of the office is fantastic, but the downside is no paid parking offered
