Pros
Its better than being on unemployment and the work is easy.
Cons
The leadership is horrible. There is a manager who micro manages everyone and no one can do anything without her ok. Her emotions run ragged and although her intentions might be good her way of communicating needs serious help. Constantly focused on the negative - doesnt give positive feedback. Supervisor is very quiet and just does her work. The "lead" doesn't know how to train/explain things. When the lead is asked questions the answer is always "I don't know" When issues are brought up the manager constantly states "thats not important and we don't have bandwidth to worry about it". There isn't any training and it doesn't matter if there was because Leadership isn't on the same page and you get 3 different answers. There hasn't been any communication regarding when or if employees will be going back to the office. The morale is horrible and most people are now here because its a job.
