Cons
Where to begin... Corporate red tape and personal favors makes people managers over departments with no experience. Managers needs to be knowledgeable of their departments and NOT ignorant or contentious. Listen to their employees and understand SOP and procedure. Don't be mentally and physically abusive to your employees are always a good place to start.
