Pros

working with co-workers and patients. flexible with time off.

Cons

Hopefully future candidates will see this and not my manager. Malvern Branch is difficult to work with. Always putting more on your plate outside of your job description. Lack of training, you need to figure it out yourself. "Get out there and sell sell sell even if the patient doesnt need IV antibiotics, also sell some of our specialty IV medication ... They get paid big $, but they wont pay you for it, its not an antibiotic so you get nothing, they say its good for the company. when you get home at night you have a couple hours of work to do on the computer, again not getting paid for that either. Enteral Dept is an absolute nightmare to deal with. Something that should be straight forward they turn into complete frustration for you as well as your patient. unattainable goals, they will keep raising them on you to prevent them from giving you any type of bonus. RN's to cover dietitians work in addition to your own when they are out sick, vacation,or maternity.( Hmm, I'm not a dietician) you need to meet enteral goals besides your antibiotic goals. After all of your hard Work in the quarter and you realize you fell short a couple people in the goals, you get NOTHING, absolute ZERO, not partial, not a bread crumb, just a BIG ZERO. But guess what... management and CEO's are getting paid a bonus from your hard work. They are clearly lacking morals and ethics and dont realize how to treat their sales team. This would explain why they have such HIGH TURNOVER. Since CVS took them over... absolute PITS.
